Current Series:

The most critical element of leadership is delegation

When most people think of delegation, they assume it's a business term, one which is only implemented by those in mid-level management or higher on the corporate ladder.  But true delegation is something that impacts every area of life: from the marriage to the marketplace, from friendships to finances.

And in this 2-part series, Pastor Michael shows us how true delegation, from God's perspective, will help us embrace the greatness he has in store for all of us.

Nov. 23,  Part 1  Turning "What if" into "What is" through delegation and investigation

Nov. 30,  Part 2  True delegation from God's perspective

Cribs

The Crucial Relationship Initiated By the Savior

Threatened by a Roman king.  Sought by wise men from the east.  Occupied by the King of Kings.  The crib confronts us all.  Celebrate the birth of Christ…from His crib to ours.

Dec. 7,  To the Crib   Addressing areas we tend to misuse, mislead, and mistreat others The crib of Christ is a polarizing force. When called to the crib, we have a critical choice to make. In this opening message of the series, Pastor Michael relates the reaction of a Roman king who was confronted by the crib over 2000 years ago with our own lives today.

Dec. 14,  At the Crib  Examining the devotion, dedication and direction shown by the wise men Guided by a star, wise men sought a king.  And what has become the most renowned search of all time culminated at a most unexpected place.  Their search and what they did at the crib is a lesson for us all.

Dec. 21,  In The Crib  A deeper look at the manger scene - The manger, swaddling clothes, and the shepherds A king in a crib?  Unusual.  But the King of Kings in a crib?  Miraculous.  This Christmas, Pastor Michael gives a powerful reminder of how the crib of Christ confronts us all as we celebrate the miraculous birth of Christ…from His crib to ours.

Our Mission

"We exist to inspire and assist people to become fully devoted followers of Jesus Christ."

Ministry Profile

Adventure Community Church's weekend worship service features: Practical, real-life messages from God's Word.  Energized worship that includes a worship band leading songs with modern language put to fresh sounds.  Child care for newborns through toddlers.  Children's ministry from preschool through fifth grade.

Our goal is to create a worship atmosphere that honors God where believers in Christ are inspired to worship in "spirit and in truth" (with heart and integrity), and seekers of Christ are drawn closer to making a life-changing decision through witnessing and experiencing authentic worship, friendly and accepting believers, and real life messages from God's word.

We recognize some acts of worship such as singing, receiving tithes and offerings, sharing communion, even prayer may be foreign to the unbeliever's life experience.  But we act by faith believing such expressions of worship and acted on with sensitivity and integrity can draw the believer to seek understanding and ultimately the Savior.
