For a student to become a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ, they must get to a place in their life whereby they serve others in ministry. 

Over the Top is the fifth step in “the climb”.  Here they have reached the top and beyond.

They have discovered their gifts and talents and they use them to build up the body of Christ (church).

In Over the Top they will be active in service toward others.
